Tell someone if you are being bullied

Colour in

No one has the right to bully you

 Beat the Bullies

Bullying can happen to anyone. No one has the right to hurt you or make you feel bad.

A bully might push you, tease you, hit you or call you names at school, home or online.

What to do

Tell someone you trust like your parents, a teacher, a friend or any adult you know and trust.

Bullies don't like it when you tell someone, it makes them frightened.

Remember no-one has the right to bully you either to your face or online.

If you need help.....

You can call ChildLine anytime on 0800 1111 or you can speak to a counsellor online in a 1-2-1 chat. You can also speak to other young people on the Abuse and Safety Message Board.
